OUR POLICIES ...

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
For all services please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your service, however, you will still be charged for the full value of your treatment.

SERVICES
Please note that all services (i.e.Colon Hydrotherapy, Detox Footbaths, Mud Therapies, Ear Coning etc.) require a credit card reservation to secure your appointment.

PACKAGES
All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within six months of the purchase date.

DEPOSITS
Deposits for weekend services may be required and can be placed on your credit card.

CANCELLATIONS - must be done via phone NOT email.

Procedure time is reserved exclusively for you. In consideration of your fellow clients, late arrival may result in reduced procedure time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can schedule another time for you. Monday appointments must be changed or cancelled before NOON on the preceding Saturday. Same day cancellations and missed appointments are subject to full procedure fee.

A major credit card IS required for a deposit and will be kept on file for processing payments based on the cancellation policy. No show will be charged full value of service. Due to our popularity, every appointment is valuable and we need adequate notice to fill your spot. We request cash or credit card payment from first-time Clients.

If you book appointments for more than one person, you will be responsible for the charges for all appointments you booked should the group fail to show or cancels without 24 hours notice. Charges will be applied against your credit card.

PAYMENT
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover or ATM/debit card. We do accept checks and CASH. Prices are subject to change without notice.

CELL PHONES
For the benefit of everyone, we ask that you silence your cell phone while receiving a service. Please refrain from using your cell phone in the building. Kindly take or make calls outside.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable if lost or stolen. There is a six month expiration date on ALL gift certificates.
